Description

This is a very robust interlocked, double-screen guard designed to aid protection for the grinding machine operator from liquids, hot chips and rotating machinery parts. Each guard is fitted with a 180mm x 150mm x 4mm polycarbonate screen as standard. This model has a safety micro switch to ensure that both guards must be in place before machine start up. It is available with or without 24V AC/DC 2,2W-20W led lighting (code L) and premium heavy-duty 3+3mm-laminated, abrasion-resistant safety glass (code V). The guard is supplied with installation instructions and a CE declaration of conformity.

This safety guard has been designed and built to last in the toughest industrial environments, resisting heavy abrasion, and it is capable of all-day usage. The 200mm x 210mm premium guard is manufactured in aluminium and has an adjustable friction clutch to ensure it stays in place. Each guard will also have an independent on/off switch if led lighting has been specified.
